Unun design is committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of your order within 14 days of product delivery date.

 

Products must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received.  Products must be returned immediately after notifying Unun design of a return or exchange request.

 

If the package should be lost in transit, Unun design will not be responsible. Return of products is at your own expense unless the product is faulty or damaged. Once Unun design has received the products and accepted the return, we will transfer the amount to your bank account. Please contact us at unundsg (at) gmail.com with your return or exchange request.

Shipping in Iceland: Your products will be sent out within 1-2 working days from the day you place and pay your order. We ship via Iceland Post's trackable service, which will generally require you to pick up the package at your local post office. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. Postal fee is 800 ISK. Free shipping on all orders above 10.000 ISK.

 

Shipping International: International orders are sent out within1-2 working days after place and pay your order. We ship via Iceland Post's trackable service, which will get transferred to your country's national postal service upon entry, and would generally require you to pick up the package at your local post office. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery. Postal fee is 1500 ISK.  Free shipping on all orders above 15.000 ISK.

 

Please note that the orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. Unun design is not responsible for loss or damage of the product during delivery and delays with the shipping company or local customs.
